Cynthia Howard is a Registered Medical Assistant at the Anal Dysplasia Clinic Midwest and the Anchor study data entry specialist in Chicago.
Cynthia has worked as an HIV advocate since 1994. She has given presentations on HIV education and prevention at the Department of Health and healthcare facilities in Chicago. She served as a co-chair of the Quality Management Committee for Ryan White from 2010 to 2013 with the Chicago planning Council. After working for years as an educator and Advocate,she continued her education and became a registered medical assistant in 2016. She provides multiple services to the practice in including assisting procedures, patient assessment, phlebotomy, specimen processing, data entry, and study participant recruitment and retention.
Ms.Cynthia, as she is referred to by most of her patients, brings a personal approach to the Anal Dysplasia Clinic Midwest and the Anchor Study. She prides herself in making patients feel at home. Cynthia enjoys line dancing, stepping, swimming and spending time with her family.
