Janet recently graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology, accompanied by a minor in Italian Studies. She is from Syracuse, NY and recently moved to NYC to join the ANCHOR Study team.

As an undergraduate at Emory University, Janet TA'd for a social justice class and presented her thesis on mental illnesses. She has previously conducted research on cancer patients and is in the process of publishing her findings. Now, Janet is looking forward to working with ANCHOR patients before she applies to medical school.

On a personal note, Janet's chihuahua will be riding in the basket of her citibike as they roam NYC for the best bubble tea spot.
