Tulika Singh, MD

Dr. Tulika Singh is a Board Certified HIV Specialist, Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine physician.  She has been diligently involved in the care of patients living with HIV since 2009. Dr. Singh received her medical degree from Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, India and completed her Internal Medicine Residency and Chief Residency at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Ohio. She completed her Infectious Disease Fellowship at Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Health Care Administration from The University of New Haven, CT.

Currently, Dr. Singh is the Associate Chief Medical Officer at the DAP Health where she focuses her efforts on excellent patient care.  In addition, she has a passion for research and serves as an investigator in clinical trials in HIV and related illnesses. She thrives on being an educator of patients, staff and clinicians.  She serves on committees to write AAHIVM exam questions and updates the HIV Primary care guidance for HIVMA/IDSA for physicians. Dr. Singh is an integral part of research in the Coachella Valley bringing new and innovative ideas by actively working to help address and improve current health issues in the field of HIV and Aging.

Dr. Singh loves to travel to Mexico and other exotic places and enjoys the outdoors as much as she can.  She finds peace with mindfulness through pilates, yoga and meditation.
