Dr. Ortiz Martínez has been the Associate Director of Epidemiology of the Cancer Control and Population Sciences Program at the University of Puerto Rico Comprehensive Cancer Center since 2013. She is also an Investigator and Coordinator in the Cancer Control and Population Sciences Program, which is work she has been doing since 2007. Dr. Ortiz has a concurrent appointment as an Associate Professor in the Epidemiology and Biostatistics Department, Graduate School Public Health, Medical Sciences Campus, at the University of Puerto Rico.
