Mr. Hernandez is a Nurse Practitioner working at DAP Health where he conducts clinical procedures that include: consenting participants into our research studies; conducting histories and physicals; administering medication and monitoring adverse events. He works across multiple projects including clinic trials of new medications to prevent HIV infection and to treat methamphetamine dependence.
He received his Master of Science in Nursing with a subspecialty in HIV/AIDS from the University of California, San Francisco and a post-Master’s certificate as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the California State University, Long Beach.
