Michael has been a community educator, advocate, and activist since the late 90’s. Michael has participated in a number of clinical trials since the early 90’s. He serves or has served on CABs and boards with the ACTG, HPTN, Colorado ADAP, and Denver Ryan White Planning Council. He has been involved in ATAC (AIDS Treatment Activists Coalition) for 19 years. He is director of TEN (Treatment Education Network) which is a grass-roots all volunteer non-profit that provides educational programs to persons living with HIV in Colorado. Michael is very passionate about empowering people, and fiercely fighting HIV Stigma.
